- Eco‑Plan – Funding & lobbying for educational SMME NGO to develop environmental educational materials for GED
- The African Decade For Persons with Disabilities was a 10 years funded series of projects where we led the development of business process redesign of a shell-NGO company and used it as a framework to support disability NGO’s throughout Africa to start NGOs and gain funding for their projects.
- Kwasizwabantu – Fundraising for community SMME initiatives. Trade exchange agreements between major retailers and NGOs. Developing business cases for corporates to fund social development based on tax incentive ROIs.
- Kagiso Trust – Funding strategy for small media/education enterprise. Developing business cases to prove advertising ROI for advertisers to fund educational programmes in exchange for TV advertising.
- Kagiso Education & TV – Rural educational programme rollout. We started creating in studio tv programmes to teach via demonstration and distribute the video tapes around the country, moving the training to internets sites, intranets. Then later the move from video production to teaching online strategies.
- Adult Literacy Centers – Micro‑enterprise literacy programme rollout and sponsorship management.
